All our products are dispatched within 24hrs and shipped via Royal Mail.

To claim your prize please follow the instructions below:

Enter the Prize Draw number. This number (e.g #123) can be found on the email you received notifying you of your win or can also be found on the prize draw page next to the name of the item.

Enter your MUST Membership number.

Select the type of prize you have won from the drop-down menu.

Choose whether you wish to have your item unframed or framed (if the item is already framed then please select the prize containing "pre-framed" in its title). If you're not sure what frame size to choose (applicable to programmes, photos and prints), please refer to the details about your prize in the email or prize draw page. If your item is not framable (e.g scarf, book, etc.), the next field you will see is shipping.

Select the option that applies to where you wish to have the item shipped or if you wish to collect it from us (free of charge).
Once all options have been selected the price at the top will update you to show the cost based on the options you have chosen. You can then proceed through the checkout process as you would by purchasing any online order.
If collecting a prize from ourselves, please state in the order notes an estimated date and time you wish to collect. Our office hours are generally 10 am till 5:30 pm on weekdays & whilst our matchday still is open which is 4 hours before the kick-off of home matches & 1 hour after the final whistle. Advance notice is helpful to us as this means we can make sure someone is in the office during the time you wish to call or the item can be made ready to collect on a matchday.
If claiming more than one prize, please enter the details of an individual prize and add it to your basket and then add the next prize as another item and then go through the checkout process. We shall refund any additional shipping cost if we can ship items together (e.g 2 x signed shirts or 2 x prints). Please note that we can't apply this refund for the combined shipping of Framed Signed shirts as the cost is only inclusive of shipping of just 1 shirt. If you do have any issues, please contact us using the details at the bottom of the email about your win.
