Norman Whiteside Shirt Keyring

SKU: 659
£4.00

This Norman Whiteside keyring is a tribute to a prodigious talent who made his Manchester United debut at just 16, becoming the club's youngest player since Duncan Edwards.

A physical and technically gifted player who could operate as a striker or in midfield, he amassed 278 appearances and scored 68 goals over seven years.

He is legendary for his "big-game" impact, famously scoring a stunning extra-time winner against Everton in the 1985 FA Cup final.

Whiteside also holds the distinction of being the youngest player to score in both an FA Cup and League Cup final, as well as breaking Pelé’s record as the youngest player to appear in a World Cup.

Tragically, his career at Old Trafford was cut short by persistent knee injuries, forcing his retirement at the age of just 26.

Who we are

The Manchester United Supporters Trust is working to build a future for Manchester United where the views, needs, priorities and interests of all supporters are central to the running of the club.

While we are the official Supporters Trust of Manchester United, we are independent of the
Club and operate as a democratic Membership organisation with different membership types
ranging from Full Members with voting rights through to our Lite Membership which is free,
though without formal voting rights.

MUST IS ALWAYS OPEN FOR NEW PEOPLE TO GET INVOLVED. WE ARE A VOLUNTEER ORGANISATION THAT DEPENDS ON THE COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF ALL OUR VOLUNTEERS.
