This Alex Stepney keyring is a tribute to an undisputed first-choice goalkeeper for over a decade, making 539 appearances after joining from Chelsea in 1966.
He played a monumental role in the club's greatest early achievement, making a legendary point-blank save from Eusébio late in the 1968 European Cup final to help secure United’s first continental crown.
Beyond his shot-stopping, Stepney was unique for his goal-scoring ability, famously serving as the team's primary penalty taker during the 1973/74 season where he finished as the joint-top scorer with two goals.
He remained loyal to the club following their relegation, helping them win immediate promotion and eventually lifting the FA Cup in 1977.
By the time he departed for the United States in 1978, he had firmly established himself as the most prolific appearance-maker for a goalkeeper in the club's history.

From 1 July 2026, the €150 exemption will be removed. Instead, a €3 duty per line item will be charged for goods up to €150.
