John Aston was a talented left winger who played for Manchester United from 1965 to 1972, recording 27 goals in 187 appearances.
He is most famously remembered for his Man of the Match performance in the 1968 European Cup Final, where his pace and direct running tormented the Benfica defence to help United become the first English club to lift the trophy.
