• When you place an order, we will estimate shipping options for you. All our products are dispatched within 24-48hrs and shipped via Royal Mail/UPS. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
• We aim to dispatch framed items within 7-10 working days of your order.
• For overseas destinations, please note that customs fees and duties may apply. Such charges are determined by the destination country's regulations. Fees generally consist of Import Duty (a percentage of value) and local VAT, payable upon arrival. The fees are covered by the recipient.
• You can arrange a collection by your own shipping company or pick up your items in person in our office: 1) Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, 2) weekday matches - 10:00 until KO and 1h after the final whistle, 3) weekend matches - 4h before KO and 1h after the final whistle.
  

Effective March 1, 2026, the French government will implement a temporary €2 tax per item on low-value goods (up to €150) imported from non-EU countries. This measure will remain in effect until EU-wide handling fee enters into force, currently anticipated for November 2026.
This is a new import-specific tax on low-value items and is not VAT or standard customs duty. It is not a UPS fee.
