This replica 1978 home was signed by Sammy Mcllroy during a private signing session with MUST. These 1978 home shirts have been signed on the front by the United Midfielder. This shirt is a "TOFFS" replica 1978 home shirt. Shirt comes with a MUST - Manchester United Supporters' Trust COA (Certificate of Auhenticity).

McIlroy was born in Belfast and moved to English club Manchester United in 1969 becoming Matt Busby's final signing. He made his debut on 6 November 1971 in the Manchester derby against Manchester City scoring in a 3–3 draw. He drifted in and out of the side and played in 31 matches in 1973–74 as Manchester United suffered a rare relegation. He was an ever-present in 1974–75 playing in all of the club's 51 fixtures as they gained an instant return to the First Division. On their return they finished in third place and also reached the 1976 FA Cup Final.

Who we are

The Manchester United Supporters Trust is working to build a future for Manchester United where the views, needs, priorities and interests of all supporters are central to the running of the club.

While we are the official Supporters Trust of Manchester United, we are independent of the
Club and operate as a democratic Membership organisation with different membership types
ranging from Full Members with voting rights through to our Lite Membership which is free,
though without formal voting rights.

MUST IS ALWAYS OPEN FOR NEW PEOPLE TO GET INVOLVED. WE ARE A VOLUNTEER ORGANISATION THAT DEPENDS ON THE COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF ALL OUR VOLUNTEERS.
